Recently, we gave 292 hats to Melissa, our sweet and dedicated friend, to take to St. Joe’s and CHOC. To date, we have delivered 7,509 hats to spread love, joy & hope!

Earlier this month, Donna from Washington sent us a box full of 34 hats for her final delivery for 2017. She had a goal of sending 100 hats to Knitting Rays of Hope- which she exceeded for a total of 104 for the year! We are amazed by her generosity, steadfast kindness and support!

We are so impressed with Donna having a goal of how many hats to make for charity and then exceeding that goal! It’s almost time to make some New Year resolutions, and if you want to make one for making a difference in the world, please consider making a goal similar to Donna’s.

Our sweet friend, Melissa picked up our delivery for May, which consisted of 50 hats for children cancer warriors at CHOC and 141 baby items for St. Joseph’s.
The delivery for St. Joseph’s will be just in time for all the new moms on Mother’s Day! We were able to donate 3 blankets & matching baby hat sets, along with 135 other baby hats of various sizes, colors and styles.
We greatly appreciate everyone who made this special delivery possible and are so amazed that our grand total of hats delivered is 5,147! We are so appreciative of everyone on our team– you make a difference!

We received the above creations, just in time for our Easter delivery, from our friend Gail. This is Gail’s 3rd contribution to us! Her note read:
Please accept these 40 hats for your project. Included are 4 bunny hats. I hope they will be useful.
Thank you Gail for these wonderful hats, they will absolutely be useful. Especially the bunny hats, that will go nicely with our bunny hats we have included for this months delivery. Gail even sent us the cutest hat with a puppy dog and bone on it. That will surely brighten someones day.
