Betsy in Pennsylvania sent us a package full of hats for babies in the NICU earlier this month.

        OH yay I have several friends that knit and make little things. I thought maybe one in particular would love to do this and send them to you! 😀 I think this is so wonderful. It’s close to my heart because I had/have a sick child that could have used one of these sweet precious hats.

        I’m sorry to hear that your child was sick… it’s just so heartbreaking to hear how common these types of cases and they are all around us.

    Oh wow I love this sweet hearted friend and all her knitting friends. I wish I could knit I’d join in but since I am still working on my nephews blanket I started when he was born and he’s now 8, I’ll share this beautiful gift! ❤

    That’s so nice. We have a knit hat and a blanket made and donated for NICU babies. While those days were the most stressful of our lives and I don’t always want a souvenir of our time there it is so nice for people to donate their time and talents for NICU families. We’ll keep them both always.
